We work with healthcare entrepreneurs and researchers to identify the right capital partners and solutions for their long-term success. For financial sponsors, we help them search and screen the right entrepreneurs and ventures for their portfolios.
Prior to setting up Thirty Four Ltd, Asif was in charge of Corporate Finance and M&A at Sapien Capital in London and has led transactions in IT Services, Healthcare and Industrials in US, Europe and Asia.
Previously he was at Wedge Alternatives Limited, a large family office-backed global institutional placement and corporate finance advisory platform. Based in London, he was in charge of deal origination and the US coverage and operations.
He has also worked with Citi Smith Barney in New York, Citibank in Asia and HDFC Bank in India.
MSc from London School of Economics, MBA from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, and BSc Physics from India.
Anant is currently a research fellow at University of Oxford Medical Science Divisions. Anant's experience in healthcare includes working regionally, nationally and internationally on healthcare transformation programmes. The countries he has worked in include: England, Wales, Scotland, Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Singapore, US, Canada.
Anant is also designing and leading applied research programmes on value based healthcare within the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences and is a fellow of practice at the Government Outcomes Lab in the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford.
Before working in healthcare, Anant was a molecular immunologist studying gene regulation and epigenetics in B and T cells.
